Crossover Season One: Revenge of Tabuu: Episode One: Crossover Avengers Assemble!
#21
With another of his trademark hearty laughs, Giott drew his dwarven war axe and started slashing mercilessly at the Primids, destroying all of them that he possibly could. He might get a reprimand later for his "reckless behavior" but he figured he could turn it around by saying they were just Primids. Not that he would care if he got reprimanded anyways, he knew he was valuable to the team and that's all it would take.

Back in the control room, Tabuu looked from the screen at the scene on the security cameras. "Excellent! My plan is falling into place." The Primids were confused by this, as they were sure that Tabuu hadn't planned this. One Primid said "Sir, I don't remember you planning this." Tabuu answered back "Nonsense! ..Of course I did..." rather unconvincingly, then he ordered "Fire the Subspace Bombs!" A few cannons shot Subspace Bombs down in parts of the city. There were no R.O.B.s, but unfortunately, these were new Subspace Bombs, capable of exploding without R.O.B.s, although instead of two minutes, they took ten minutes to blow up. Raiden saw the cannons fire, and was about to give orders, when he looked down to the ground, and saw a giant ball rushing towards the ship. "There's Prince." Raiden said, but he looked over and saw the turrets aiming towards Prince. "What? How? I thought they were focused on--" He suddenly looked back at the ball, which had accumulated a few fire hyrdrants. "--fire hydrants" Raiden finished. He quickly thought of team combinations for about ten seconds, then told the other Crossover Avengers, who had just finished fighting Primids, "There isn't much time! Kirby! Noble Six! destroy the turrets! Zero! Noble Four! Giott! Go into the city and find and diffuse those Subspace Bombs! I'll assist Prince!" Raiden then disappeared in lightning, and reappeared on the Prince's "transport". He began to pull innocent people from the ball, and started teleporting them to New York City.

[[OOC: Sometimes, I'll have Raiden have the Crossover Avengers team-up in certain combinations. Your characters don't have to obey Raiden's orders, but it would be recommended, since Raiden chose the combinations for a reason, though I don't really know what reason. Tongue]]

Zero was confused Raidan just left him with Noble Four and Giott on the ship still. Not going to wait around Zero charged his Z-Buster and blasted a hole in the side on the ship then switched to his shield and jumped into the air then a thought struck him "why did I just jump into the air?" Zero was heading toward a tall office building at an incredible speed.

Noble Six was shooting, and kicking Primids. Raiden then gave the order for him to team up with Kirby to destroy the turrets. Noble Six nodded. "Kirby, can you lend me your star to get to the ship?"

In seconds Zero would hit the office building. He put his shield in front of him and hoped he would breakthrough an office window but not an office wall. Closing his eyes, he waited for a shatter or thud.

It was a shatter. Breathing hardly he glanced to the side seeing one person with a telephone with his mouth open. "I think you need to get out of here, their is a Subspace Bomb near this building." As soon as Zero finished his sentence he dashed out of the room heading toward the elevator, wondering it the man would get out.

Still rolling along a a brisk pace, Prince thought of turning the katamari into a wall or another obstacle, to make it stop, but he ditched the idea, since it would harm the people stuck to the katamari. He continued to roll helplessly forward with his katamari. At that moment, a figure appeared balanced atop the katamari. It was Raiden. "Raiden..!" Prince said quickly, but before he could say anything else Raiden began to yank people off the katamari, and teleported them away. After he rescued the last innocent civilian Prince asked, "Where did you send them?" "New York." Raiden replied. What?! Is that a good idea? They'll be eaten alive! Prince thought, almost recalling his bad memories of his last visit to New York but he managed to suppress them.

Finally the momentum of the katamari began to wear off, and slowed down to a crawl. "Phew... I think we can rest now--" said Prince, right before a laser struck the ground next to him, leaving a small black crater. "--Or not! Let's bail!" the Prince yelled in suprise, and began pushing the katamari again down the street, trying to avoid the destructive lasers. "Huff... Huff... What do we do now?" Prince asked Raiden, who was still on the ball. (No pun intended, I swear.)

"Waitwhat?" asking Giott in confusion as Raiden teleported away leaving just him, Noble Four and Zero on the ship. ("He wants me to jump off the ship and destroy the bombs? Oh boy.") As he was trying to think of a way that he could safely make it down to the city from the ship, Zero lept off the ship with his shieold activated and started freefalling down towards a building. Lacking a shield Giott looked around for something he could try and use to get down. By some stroke of pure luck Giott managed to find a lengthy rope that was tied securely to a section of the Subspace Ship. Giott started grabbed the rope and with it he jumped off the side of the ship, clinging onto the rope for dear life, hoping it would be long enough for him to reach back down to the Earth.

Raiden tried to think of a plan, he thought of a few complicated ones, but realized that he could just teleport himself and Prince off of the ball. He quickly struck himself and Prince with lightning, teleporting them away. The ball continued it's path, and, coincidentally, a ramp was in it's path. The ball went up the ramp, and started flying towards the Subspace Ship's control room. Tabuu was talking to the commanders in the control room. "Okay, now that those Subspace Bombs are deployed, we wi--" Tabuu suddenly realized that the Primids in the control room were panicking, and ran out of the room. "Where did they go?" Tabuu asked, then one of the Primids, on his way out, turned Tabuu's screen around, showing him the giant ball about to destroy them. Tabuu screamed an extremely high pitched scream, as the ball crashed onto the windshield... and just landed there. Tabuu was still screaming like a little girl for a few seconds, but then realized that the ball wasn't going to kill them. Tabuu told the commanders on the ship. "Just so you know, that isn't how I really scream... I was just... pretending... or something..." The Primids came back into the room, and resumed their posts. Raiden and Prince appeared from lightning back on the ship. "Let's see if we can find the control room and this ship." Raiden said, as he and Prince went down some corridors.

[[OOC: I personally don't believe that Tabuu screams like a girl, I just did that mainly for comedic effect.]]

Up in the sky one could see a rather futuristic looking plane -- possibly a space shuttle, even -- flying towards the Avenger base with someone wearing grey armor and goggles with reddis lenses piloting it, upon closer inspection, this ship was piloted by none other than the legendary Spacetime Marine Cortez.

[[CORTEZ]]

"Hey, I think I see a building up ahead!" Cortez said into his Temporal Uplink to an unknown person on the other end.
"Of course you do, Cortez, that's the base, you fool." Replied an unknown voice.

*back at base once again*

Sitting at a computer with a very opulent-looking sword-sheath combo on his back was a mysterious shadow-like figure. When this figure heard Cortez' voice he immediately became a human.

[[DARKMASTER]]

"Just keep flying straight and land by the front door, I'll meet you outside." He said to Cortez.

Back at the Subspace Ship control room, Tabuu was still commanding the ship from the screen. It suddenly occured to him that the giant ball was blocking the view out of the control room. "Hey! That ball is blocking our view!" Tabuu said. "Get it off!" A Primid activated the window wipers, which tried to get the ball off, but almost immediately broke into pieces. "Well that's just great, how are we going to get through a storm in this ship now?" Tabuu complained, apparently forgetting that the ball was still blocking the windshield.
