The Villains Council is Part 1 of a three part Hurt & Heal series I started a couple years ago and we never got past the Villains stage so now I have decided to restart it here.

This is a 100-character Hurt & Heal game featuring 100 Villains from Nintendo's history. You may not agree with some of the villains I have on this list and if that's the case you can just target them in the beginning to knock them out of the running if you so wish because complaining isn't going to do anything.

The rules are simple. Each user may post once every 4 hours for a total of 6 posts a day and they can do one of the following options: Hurt x2 One Character, Hurt One Character and Hurt a different character, Heal x2 One character, Heal One Character and Heal a different character, or Hurt One Character and Heal a different character.

Each character will start out with 10 HP with a Hurt dealing 1 damage and a Heal healing 1 damage. Once a character gets down to 0 HP they are removed from the competition. The game will end once there are only 10 Villains remaining. At that point the topic will be locked and we will move on to Part 2 of this series. If you make the final hurt on a character that takes them down to 0 HP, please make note of it in your post that way if it takes me a while to update the official listings nobody tries to hurt or heal them further after they have already been KO'd.

Simple enough right? Good. The next few posts will contain the story for this series as well as listings of all the villains.

Years had passed since Tabuu had been defeated by the combined forces of the so-called Smashers. Defeated and near death he had retreated into the inner most sanctums of his realm to recover his energies and gather his forces. Tabuu had decided that he was going to gather the ten most notorious villains in the different realms and from there he would see just which of them would prove most worthy to serve under him in a new attempt at destroying the worlds and the accursed Smashers.

Now that his power had been regenerated, Tabuu rose from his lair and summoned the 100 villains that he had personally picked after watching them these past several years. Many were confused and angry as to why they had suddenly been brought here, until Tabuu promised them the chance to destroy their enemies for good. If that is they could prove themselves worthy.

And so it was that the great Villains Council was gathered in the realm of Tabuu. Who would be the 10 chosen villains who would combat the heroes? While Tabuu thought he would be hand-picking the ten based on his own criteria, what he didn't know was that even he was but a pawn in an even grander scheme. A scheme being run known only being a being known as Z. For Z, this was no mere gathering of villains, this was a simple forum game to see who were the 10 most popular villains on a site he was apart of. And now it was time for the fun to begin.

There are less of them now though Eebit than int he previous version.

And no Flamezone, no punishments this time around. That's a big part of what slowed down the game last time.
