Double HURT Pokkle
As the cousins sat by in nervous anticipation, rumors began flying around of who would be the first to go. "I'm betting on Drooby, come on, who likes her?" "I still say Pokkle man..." "What about Ace? He totally doesn't deserve a spot on that council!" As these predictions and more were made, the King sat upon his throne, eyeing the cousins' debate. Suddenly, the same bell rang from nowhere, and the King stood up.
"Silence, everyone!" he called, "The first cousin has been voted off from the council!" A collective silence of tension filled the air. Who would go first? "To be honest, We were expecting this all the time... But no matter, as it has been decided by Our voters." "Which voters are these again?" Prince inquired. "The same ones who've been choosing your anchovies... And yes We are being sarcastic. Why do [i]you[/i] need to know." No one answered him. Jungle slowly raised a hand but a quick glowing glare from the King made him lower it again. "So We are clear? Fabulous! Now then... POKKLE! COME HITHER!!"
Gulping, the pixie-being known as Pokkle slowly got out of his chair and hustled his way to the King (a few of the more mean cousins laughed and jeered at him as he passed. The King looked down at the being before him. "So so sorry, but you didn't make it. Please don't take it personally though, no one really likes you," the King said somewhat apologetically. That didn't really help Pokkle's mood though. "So, as a tiny penalty, you are to be sent back to your homeland. MINI-RAINBOW!!" Pokkle's face was one of horror before a sphere of rainbows shot from the King's hand engulfed him, and after a moment the ball shrunk and dissolved away, and showing that the pointy-hatted person had vanished.
"W-where'd he go?!" many cousins exclaimed. The King waved his hand dismissively. "We sent him away, since he lost and all. Woo, We almost forgot..." With a snap of his fingers, a huge television screen appeared beside the throne. "Wooooah... Big TV..." Shikao said, marveling at the machine. "Not the TV," the King clarified, "What's ON the TV. Look!" The cousins did so, and saw on the television Pokkle surrounded by a male and female being that looked a lot like him, only clearly much older - obviously his parents. "Where have you been prince Pokkle?!" the female (his mom) said in an annoyed tone, "You were missing for almost 6 years! We were worried sick about you!" Pokkle began shivering, obviously afraid. "B-But I..." "No buts!" his dad roared, beet red, "March yourself right back to your room mister! You're grounded for a year!" "Awww..." "NOW!!" Starting to weep, Pokkle quickly rushed offscreen, with his parents following, and the TV shut off.
Though many cousins burst out laughing, a few looked terrified and nervous. "W-w-wait..." Marcy stammered, "We get p-p-punished if we lose?" "Of course you do!" the King said, rolling his eyes, "It's more fun for Us that way." The cousins began to protest, but another chilling glare from the King shut them up. "Now, enjoy your time here!" And with that last overly-cheery statement, the cousins each cast nervous glances at each other while they pondered who would be the next to go...
